Important Note: The number of attendees in each level is limited. Registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and only upon receipt of full prepayment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to the course secretariat, Conco Meetings & Events at [email protected].

For cancellations submitted:

  • Until 30 June 2022, 50 € will be withheld as cancellation fees
  • From 1 July until 9 September 2022, 50% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
  • From 10 September until 3 October 2022, 80% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
  • No refunds are possible after 4 October 2022
  • In the event of course postponement, all registration fees and participation amounts paid will be transferred to the new course dates

 

Name Change

Name changes must be submitted by e-mail to the course secretariat, Conco Meetings & Events at [email protected].

For name changes submitted:

  • Until 30 June 2022, there will be no additional charge
  • From 1 July until 9 September, 30 € per name change will apply
  • After 10 September 2022, will not be accepted

 

Refunds for cancelled registrations (per cancellation policy dates, mentioned above) will be carried-out within 2 months after the end of the conference. Please include full bank details on your written notification for cancellation. Bank charges will be borne by the cancelled participant.
